Brian and the Top Notch team could not have been more excellent. Their level of professionalism and care for me as a customer was unparalleled! I was traveling to Chapel Hill for work when my car broke down unexpectedly. I found Top Notch with a simple Google search and chose it based on the way Brian treated me over the phone. His whole team was thorough, honest, and altogether professional throughout the whole process. They fixed my car in less than 24 hours and had me on my way at a very fair price. I cannot recommend them enough! This world needs more Top Notches!

Went to this place when I needed a new battery because of the good reviews. Service was prompt and excellent, but they told me my brake pads had 3mm left and I urgently needed them replaced, as I was close to metal on metal. Declined the $900 service because I was strapped for cash. The other day I went to another local place to get my oil changed and requested that they change my brake pads, remembering that Yeargan’s staff told me it was strongly advised to take care of now. …only to be told by this new place, with photo proof, that I have 4-6mm left on my brake pads and can go at least another 10,000 miles on them. If you don’t want to be blatantly ripped off, DON’T GO HERE! Incredibly disappointing, as I’d recommended this shop in the past to multiple friends based on the quality service I thought I received. I made sure to tell those friends about this, however, so hopefully none of them have the same thing happen.

My partner took his car here for a diagnostic check, they were so thorough he was very impressed and it's hard to impress him. He told the guy who was servicing him that his headlight was working when he brought the car in, the guy went straight to the video to show him when they pulled the car into the bay his light wasn't working, that impressed him even more!!! The owner was very patient and explained every detail of the testing. We have a total of 4 cars and within the next week we have bright the other 3. Mo was amazing!! If you want very knowledgeable mechanics go see Mo at Yeargan's😊

I was very impressed with the speed and care that they took with my particular issue. My son lives close to their shop and had an issue with the electronic throttle control on his Jeep. I was too far away to help quickly and felt a little helpless trying to figure out how to help him as he needs his car for work. I looked online for shops in his area and found theirs and read some of the praise in the reviews. I reached out, and Mo and the team were very helpful and positive, diagnosing the issue and they were actually able to fix it and get it back to him within a couple of hours! What a relief to be a couple hours away, but having them help to take care of the issue so quickly, took a ton of stress off of me. Thank you for everything. Much appreciated!
